The lease agreement includes the use of your designated salon suite, access to shared amenities, utilities, and maintenance of common areas. 

Your lease includes:

• 24/7 access to your salon suite
• Security features (cameras and keypad locks)
• Free Wi-Fi
• Shared shampoo bowls
• Washer and dryer facilities
• Comfortable break room
• Ample parking with front and back access

Yes, our management team is available to assist with any questions or concerns during business hours. 

Our lease rates start at $200 per week for open suites and $250 per week for individual enclosed suites. 

Rent is paid weekly, due every Thursday by 12:00 noon. We provide a secure online payment link with each weekly invoice for your convenience. 

Yes, there are a few additional fees:

• Insurance: $7.21 per week
• Common Area Maintenance (CAM): $8.95 per week
• Trash fee: $5.00 per week These total $21.16 weekly and are billed along with your rent.
